What if we cancel? What if you want to?

We do keep a strong eye on the weather, and as best we can, we go to sea. Always phone us the afternoon before, and we can let you know about the next day. Sometimes it is hard to know exactly what the morning will bring, and we make a final call at 9am on the morning of the trip.

We do not offer refunds on sea sickness, inability to equalise, or personal health reasons. We will always offer alternate dates and product if we cancel the day.

We make arrangements in good faith, and with integrity. As you expect us to honour our side, we expect you to honour yours.  If you do change your plans, please let us know, we can easily make alternate arrangements to cater for your schedule and travel plans.

For bookings of four people and over, we will need credit card details, and a contact number.
