What if we cancel? What if you want to?

We do keep a strong eye on the weather, and as best we can, we go to sea. You can always phone us the a couple of days before, and we can let you know about the day of your trip. Sometimes it is hard to know exactly what the morning will bring, and we make a final call at 9 am on the morning of the trip.

At times, we travel with a bit of discomfort, but never if there is a safety issue.

If we say it will be a rough crossing, it will be uncomfortable & you may get seasick, but if it is unsafe, we simply won't travel.

We do not offer refunds on sea sickness, inability to equalise, or personal health reasons. We will always offer alternate dates and products if we cancel on the day.

If you do change your plans, please let us know. We often waitlist & have stand-by people keen to join in the summer, so we want to give them a chance at the opportunity if possible. We can easily make alternate arrangements to cater for your schedule and travel plans.
