Adventure Activity Risk Disclosure

Perfect Day Ocean Cruise involves adventure activities including boat travel, snorkelling, kayaking, and swimming in open water. These activities carry inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated.

Risks include but are not limited to: slippery decks, ocean conditions (current, surge, waves), marine life encounters, sun exposure, and seasickness. Water temperatures range from 22°C in summer to 15°C in winter.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please declare any medical conditions including heart or lung disorders, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, or any condition that may affect your ability to participate safely.

Personal flotation devices are available for those needing swimming assistance. Children must be actively supervised at all times.

Our crew reserve the right to withdraw any participant deemed unsafe and to cancel or modify any activity if safety concerns arise.
