Adventure Activity Risk Disclosure

The Poor Knights islands are a remote ocean environment, where landing is prohibited, and the water is too deep to stand in; current, surge, waves, rocks, and/or white water maybe present. Please stay within any boundaries identified by the crew. As you will be in a marine reserve encounters with aquatic life are the norm, but do not attempt to touch any creature, as some may bite or sting. While in the water remain alert for boats, jet-skis or other marine traffic.

All our trips include extended time on one of our boats, where moving parts and heavy equipment are present. Decks may be slippery when wet, and the vessel may make sudden movements; please take care while boarding, disembarking, and moving around, particularly if using the stairs. Parents/guardians are expected to directly supervise all minors (<18) at all times while onboard.

All our vessels are equipped with first aid equipment, only limited medical treatment is available if required. To help ensure your safety, please disclose any medical issues.

If you are engaging in unguided scuba diving, please stay within the limits of your certification.

Finally, please follow all signage and crew instructions, and listen to the various safety briefings provided.
