What if we cancel? What if you want to?

We do keep a strong eye on the weather, and as best we can, we go to sea. Always phone us the afternoon before, and we can let you know about the next day. Sometimes it is hard to know exactly what the morning will bring, and we make a final call at 9 am on the morning of the trip.

At times we travel with a bit of discomfort, but never if there is a safety issue.

If we say it will be a rough crossing, it will be uncomfortable & you may get seasick, but if it is unsafe, we simply won't travel.

We do not offer refunds on sea sickness, inability to equalise, or personal health reasons. We will always offer alternate dates and products if we cancel the day.

Remember though - we only take your money if we take you on a trip.

We make arrangements in good faith and with integrity. If you do change your plans, please let us know. We often waitlist & have stand-by people keen to join in Summer so will be able to fill those seats if we know in advance. We can easily make alternate arrangements to cater for your schedule and travel plans.

For bookings of four people and over, we will need credit card details, and a contact number.
